Wolves are acutely aware of their surroundings and subtle changes within it, and are quick to seek out opportunities. And while they take cues from their leader who motivates and inspires the team, they are master purposeful communicators who study and scout, collaborate, and take advantage of the individual strengths within the pack. The Alpha is not always the strongest or loudest, but is able to use communication, preparation, collaboration, teamwork, capitalizing on individual strengths, and resilience to effectively lead the pack and protect one another.

Meet Calvin Stith
Calvin Stith is a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team coach and speaker. Calvin’s leadership beginnings started at a young age, growing up in a rural area with 16 other siblings, to 17 years in sales development and program management for a large high tech corporation, to 20 years as owner of a building maintenance company with 80 employees in metro Atlanta.
The Wolf Pack Leadership and Organization Structure
There are leaders within the peer groups at each level of the hierarchy/organization who aspire to get to higher levels of responsibility, and others who wish to stay in a definitive role. By focusing on Communication, Preparation, and Developing their Strengths, these individuals become more empowered to lead, with opportunities to experience leading.
