Calvin Stith is a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team coach and speaker.  Calvin’s leadership beginnings started at a young age, growing up as part of a large family in rural southern Virginia, to 17 years in sales development and program management for a large high tech corporation, to 20 years as owner of a building maintenance company with 80 employees in metro Atlanta.

Naturally inquisitive, Calvin achieved success throughout his career as a gifted communicator. He was given the opportunity to serve as a corporate architecture evangelist, lead cross-functional product development teams, coordinate development and roll out of industry standard specifications, and he built a successful building maintenance business by connecting, investing, and inspiring his teams along the way. The Wolf Pack Mentality has been at work throughout Calvin’s journey, and he can help to bring out the wolf leadership traits in you and your team.

Calvin analyzes and assess the situation, identifies the problem, and develops an executable plan that will empower individuals and help grow businesses.  His ability to quickly connect with people and focus on their specific situation allows Calvin to invest and inspire to grow people and their businesses. He formed Wolf Leadership to dedicate himself to working with others to achieve personal growth and strong, connected organizations.
